  • Ashish Pardeshi

    Mr. Ashish Pardeshi, a first-year Cybersecurity student at Sanjivani University, has demonstrated exceptional talent in cybersecurity and innovation. He secured 2nd place at the national Cyberhunt CTF 2025 in Rajkot, organized by Cyber Protectors. Ashish developed the adventure hiking app "HikeTrails" and the dark web monitoring platform "DarkGuard" under Career Tiq. He received a special award for a fake account detection project in an industry hackathon.



  •  Samruddhi Nikam

    Ms. Samruddhi Nikam Won 1st Prize in the Startup Pitching Competition organized by Sanjivani University. She has successfully completed Fortinet certifications such as FCA (Fortinet Certified  Associate), FCF (Fortinet Certified Fundamentals), FCP (Fortinet Certified Professional). In addition she is the finalist of Asia's Largest Startup Pitching Competition – ERUKA, held at IIT Bombay.

     


  • Shravani Unde

    Ms. Shravani is aspiring young talent from fisrt year, distinguished by her academic excellence and commitment to continuous learning. She secured the 1st rank in her class, earning the university's Academic Excellence Scholarship. Shravani has further enhanced her skills by obtaining certifications from Fortinet and SoloLearn.






  • MD Abu Shalem

    Mr. MD Abu Shalem, a tech-savvy DSY student, secured 2nd place in the national Cyberhunt CTF 2025 at Rajkot, achieved 2nd place in Sanjivani University's Industrial Hackathon 2025, was a finalist in DIPEX 2025, and completed the Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) certification with a 95% score.Mr.  MD Abu Shalem secured a 45-day paid internship at MNIT Jaipur, focusing on cyber security research.




  •  Shriraj Girme

    Mr. Shriraj Girme is a top-performing student in the Cybersecurity Department, recognized for his academic excellence and leadership. He served as Vice President of C-SAFE (CyberSecurity - Student Association for Future Excellence) and developed the department's official website. Mr. Girme secured a 45-day paid internship at MNIT Jaipur, focusing on cyber security research. He was awarded a ₹1.5 lakh university scholarship for academic excellence and holds the Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) certification.

  • Key Features of the Cybersecurity Laboratory 

    The Cybersecurity Laboratory is a state-of-the-art facility equipped with high-performance computing systems, dedicated security servers, and enterprise-grade network infrastructure designed to simulate real-world cyber environments. The lab operates 24x7 with high-speed internet connectivity and smart interactive boards, providing an ideal ecosystem for students and researchers to conduct security analysis, penetration testing, and digital forensics investigations.

    The Department, under its Centre of Excellence (CoE) initiative with Fortinet, has received access to international cybersecurity datasets and tools through academic collaborations with reputed global institutions. These resources enable students to gain hands-on experience in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating modern cyber threats.

    Currently, several innovative projects are being implemented in the lab alongside regular course practicals, including:

    Network Traffic Analysis and Intrusion Detection using AI

    Phishing Website Detection through Machine Learning Models

    Malware Behavior Analysis and Classification

    IoT Device Vulnerability Assessment and Hardening
