He holds a Ph.D. in International Economics from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune, and boasts an impressive array of credentials, including CFA, MFA, an M.A. in Economics, an M.Com. in Cost Accountancy, and a B.Com. in Financial Accountancy. Additionally, Dr. Rai is UGC-NET certified in Commerce and Maharashtra SET certified in Economics and Management and qualified GDC&A.
